Service Description

The ‘4 sessions’ package includes: - 4 x 1hr session within 21 days - a 20-minute weekly follow-up session through Visio, phone call or locally, to monitor the progress of the problem being addressed. - the weekly breathing and loving self-empowering sentences reviewed each week according to progress protocol to be followed over 21 days - a 10 min exchange, listening and sharing space with healing support to address a specific query, question or problem encountered during the 21 days?
