Article 2 - Price 

2.1 The prices of our products are indicated in Euros including VAT (20% VAT), excluding processing and shipping costs.
2.2 All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros.
2.3Patrice Buyle - INSPIRE SELFreserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered, subject to availability. Information relating to prices and product availability may be subject to change and is provided for information purposes only.

Article 3 - Order

We undertake to accept your order under the terms of these general conditions of sale.

Your order will be shipped upon receipt of your payment, within an average of one week, excluding cases of force majeure or out of stock. The invoice mentioning the VAT will be sent to you by email.

Article 4 - Approval

When you click on the Order button after the ordering process, you declare to accept it as well as the entirety of these General Conditions of Sale, in full and without reservation.
The data recorded byPatrice Buyle - INSPIRE SELF  constitute proof of all transactions made byPatrice Buyle - INSPIRE SELF  and its customers.
The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.

Article 5 - Availability

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.

Article 6 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process. The delivery time includes the time of preparation of the package and the time of routing. The time generally observed is 2 to 3 working days for metropolitan France, and 10 to 15 days for the rest of the world (times given as an indication communicated by La Poste). The delivery time will not exceed thirty days, failing which you may not proceed with the sale and have the deposit or the price paid refunded.
If you choose to pay by check, the order will only be processed upon receipt of it. Consequently, the deadlines applicable in this case are those on the day of receipt of the check and can therefore be modified in relation to those mentioned on the day of placing the order.

Article 7 - Shipping costs

Shipping costs include participation in preparation, packaging and processing costs, + postage costs. They are fixed.

Payment by check

To pay by check, you can print the screen summarizing your order, attach your payment and send it to us by post. If you don't have a printer, you can simply send us your full details on plain paper - ie your first and last name, your order number, your full address.

 

Send everything with your signed payment check (to the order ofPatrice Buyle - Inspire Self) in an envelope stamped at the current rate. The check must be issued by a bank domiciled in metropolitan France or Monaco, and denominated in Euros. Address :

Article 9 - Retention of title

The products remain the property ofPatrice Buyle - Inspire Selfuntil full payment of the price, plus interest where applicable. Inspire Self remains responsible for the products until their complete delivery, unless the poor performance of the contract is clearly attributable either to the consumer, or to the fact, unforeseeable and insurmountable, of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure.

Article 10 - Securing

To avoid any risk of misappropriation of your bank card,Patrice Buyle - INSPIRE SELFuses a secure payment system with SSL standards, the most secure and widespread encryption protocol currently.
Your bank details are directly encrypted and routed to our payment institution (Banque Populaire Méditerranée), without going through our site.
INSPIRESELF never receives bank authorisation. It is directly managed by the bank.
INSPIRESELF does not store any banking information.

Article 11 - Satisfied, Exchanged or Refunded

Items provided byPatrice Buyle - INSPIRE SELFare new and guaranteed against any defect.
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products ordered to return them, without having to justify your decision. Return costs are your responsibility.

The refund is made at your convenience by check, bank transfer or Paypal, within a period less than or equal to 14 days following the date of receipt of your request for withdrawal, of the returned package. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason. The amount of the refund will be equal to the total amount paid, delivery costs included. The date of reimbursement may be deferred until the products are recovered, or until proof of shipment of these products.

Patrice Buyle - INSPIRE SELFguarantees the goods and products sold to the Customer against hidden defects as provided for in articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code. The guarantee against hidden defects can only be implemented within a period of two years from the discovery of the defect. The hidden defect means a defect in the production of the good or the product rendering it unsuitable for its use and not likely to be detected by the Customer before its use. The warranty against hidden defects only applies to goods or products which have regularly become the property of the Customer. It is excluded when the goods or products have been used under conditions of use not provided for. Under the warranty against hidden defects, the Customer has the choice of returning the product and having the price refunded, or proceeding with a standard exchange.

Article 12 - Liability

The products offered comply with the French legislation in force.Patrice Buyle - INSPIRE SELFcannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood, fire.

Article 13 - Applicable Law - Disputes

This agreement is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the consumer can seek an amicable settlement, take legal action directly or contact the consumer mediator.
